Lama is a seasoned toxicologist and risk assessor with a robust background in clinical pharmacy. In 2010, she completed a clinical fellowship in cardiology at Rafic Hariri University Hospital in Beirut, Lebanon. With over two decades of experience in teaching toxicology and clinical pharmacy, she consistently strives to introduce innovative teaching, learning, and assessment methodologies in her courses. Additionally, she possesses expertise in academic program development and accreditation. Her research primarily revolves around evaluating the potential risks posed by environmental toxicants to public health, specifically concerning food additives, pesticides, drugs, and endocrine disruptors.
